Nicolosi & Fitch was a multifamily housing property management company in Tucson, AZ. In my time there, I redesigned the corporate logo, developed seasonal campaigns, and maintained all websites and social media accounts for Nicolosi & Fitch and their 20+ apartment communities.
The Challenge
The company needed a modern, cohesive identity that could extend across its corporate presence and dozens of individual property brands. My challenge was to unify the corporate voice, manage multiple digital channels, and create seasonal marketing campaigns with limited resources.
Constraints included:
- Managing creative for both the corporate brand and 20+ community sub-brands
- No existing brand guidelines or centralized creative system
- Building and maintaining multiple websites and social media accounts simultaneously
The Scope of Work
- Corporate Rebrand: Designed a new corporate logo and established brand standards.
- Seasonal Campaigns: Created recurring campaigns to promote leasing, holidays, and community engagement.
- Website Management: Maintained and updated websites for both the corporate brand and 20+ apartment communities.
- Social Media Management: Managed corporate and community-level accounts, developing visuals and maintaining brand voice across platforms.
- Collateral Design: Designed print and digital marketing materials for corporate and property-level campaigns.
- Vendor Oversight: Coordinated with contractors for production and rollout of creative.
The Outcome
- Delivered Nicolosi & Fitch’s first unified corporate identity
- Built consistent seasonal campaign systems that engaged residents and prospects
- Maintained digital presence across 20+ apartment community websites and social accounts
- Strengthened the brand’s visibility in the highly competitive multifamily housing market
Reflection / Takeaways
- Learned how to scale design systems across multiple sub-brands under one corporate umbrella
- Reinforced my ability to balance brand consistency with localized marketing needs
- Gained early experience managing seasonal campaigns, websites, and social media at scale — skills that carried forward into larger in-house roles
